Every 964 we touch goes through one of two in‑house programs — Rolling Restoration or Full Build. Both start from a real 964 and end as a car you can fuel, turn the key, and drive 1–2,000 km any day, in any weather, without thinking about it.

Program 1

Rolling Restoration

For owners who want a 964 that looks OEM and feels like a modern car to drive.

  • A 964 that looks original and drives like new
  • Starts from a good donor or your existing car
  • All relevant mechanical systems rebuilt — oil system, heating/AC, suspension, brakes, engine & gearbox based on condition
  • Exterior & interior kept OEM+ and usable rather than concours
  • 1–2,000 km shakedown in real conditions before handover

Full Build

For owners who want their “forever” 964 — essentially a new car built around them.

  • Stripped to a bare shell and rebuilt from zero
  • Full body, paint, and complete mechanical restoration
  • Interior rebuilt to your spec — colour, material, trim (still OEM‑look)
  • Every system rebuilt or replaced, nothing carried over on faith
  • Same 1–2,000 km shakedown before handover

Gau‑Algesheim, Germany — about 40 minutes from Frankfurt. We work with international clients regularly and can arrange transport. Consultations in German and English. Visits by appointment only.

Prepared cars we offer for sale typically range from €150,000–250,000. Commissioned builds are priced individually based on scope, but you should plan for donor car + €100,000 (Rolling Restoration) or donor car + €190,000 (Full Build) as realistic starting points in 2026.

We don’t do partial cheap refreshes. Every car leaves to our standard.

Prepared cars are available immediately. Commissioned builds take 12–24 months depending on scope. You’ll get regular photo and video updates at milestones throughout.

Both. We can work with your existing 964 or help source the right donor. For full builds, we strongly recommend choosing the donor together — the base car matters.

No. We don’t do one‑off patch jobs or TÜV‑only repairs. Every opened system gets taken to our “fuel, key, go anywhere” standard. If you only need a specific repair, a general Porsche specialist will be a better fit.
