4.000km across Europe in two Porsche 964

Approaching winter 2021/2022 we decided the track day season shouldn't end.

We took two track-prepared 964s and drove them from our workshop in Gau-Algesheim to the Ascari racetrack in southern Spain, completing six track days and driving them home again via Motorland Aragon. This is that story.

Bought by Manufaktur 964 founder Michael Gerischer in 2023 as the new development car for the business it has been put through our Rolling Restoration program with a strong emphasis on “Gentlemen Driving” - the ability to do touring, daily driving and track days equally well.  

Once the spec was chosen the car was rebuilt in stages as part of our rolling restoration program and currently serves as our demonstration vehicle and test car, doing about 20.000km a year.
